Granada
The road trip from Málaga to Seville took a slight detour to the east through Granada. There we found La Alhambra, a palace built by the Muslim Sultans living in Granada before the Spanish “reconquista”. I wasn’t prepared for the beauty and spectacle on display, and now understand why Washington Irving fell in love with it.
